8 Place uncooked pork or chicken in the pot with 900 cc water and TSUBOMI and bring
to a simmer, skimming off the froth.
Seafoodor meat dumplings are also recommended instead of pork and chicken.
9 Once boiling, add your favorite ingredients such as vegetables and Tofu add green onions
or enoki mushrooms to finish.
10 Lastly add Udon noodles or steamed rice into the leftover stock ifdesired.
11 For two servings,use150 grams of TSUBOMI and 700 cc water.
